Emotions are amazing things. They are complex and not easy to understand without formal training. So when anger arrises, we assume that it’s just because something or someone made you angry. The truth is much more simple. No-one can make another person angry. It’s just impossible.
So what we need to realise is, that when we get angry, it’s a choice made up from a range of situations and ways you have learned to react based on the surroundings and people you grew up around. So Anger Is purely a way of reacting to situations based on how you learned to react to the same situations.
Once you learn this you can easily start to make your own choices, and learn simple techniques that empower you to become the best person you can. Often the most angry people can become the most placid people as soon as they find out just how in control of their emotions they have learned to become. That means you can too!
