Couples counselling is where both partners can feel heard, understood, and respected where we work to create emotional safety. Together, you’ll learn healthier ways to communicate, resolve conflict without damaging the relationship, and better understand each other’s needs and experiences.
Men’s Relationship Coaching
Many men want stronger relationships but were never taught how to understand emotions—either their own or their partner’s. Men’s Relationship Coaching helps you understand emotions, communicate with confidence, and build the trust, connection, and intimacy that create lasting relationships.
Court Ordered Anger Management
This course is 4 sessions of anger management counselling designed to met the requirements of the Courts. You will explore your anger, understand how and why events occurred as they did and learn the skills to manage stressful situations in the future. Upon completion a Certificate of Attendance is provided for the Courts.
Dating Coaching
Dating doesn’t have to be a cycle of disappointment. Dating Coaching will help you understand how to show up without fear, with confidence and absolute clarify about what you want and what you are looking for in a partner. You will understand what behaviours are hindering your goals and learn strategies that work in helping you find your person.
TRTP Trauma Recovery Therapy
TRTP Therapy is a highly effective trauma recovery process, using the power of the imagination and working with the subconscious mind to resolve, process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. It is a four part process that will resolve the negative experience, release the locked emotion and file the event into long term memory where it is much harder to access.
