Topics
Start with what is actually happening.
Four topic guides. Each one groups the services, the questions and the reading that belong together, so you can work out which kind of help fits before you book anything.
01
Trauma, PTSD & Loss
Trauma recovery, PTSD and grief — the work of putting the past where it belongs.
02
Anxiety, Stress & Burnout
Worry, panic, workplace pressure and burnout — turning the volume down.
03
Relationships & Communication
Couples work, conflict, anger and the patterns underneath both.
04
Depression, Confidence & Growth
Low mood, self-worth, life transitions and the work of getting moving again.
Still not sure?
One session is usually enough to work out what kind of help you need. Book it, or ask first.
Topics or services — which do you want?
A service page tells you how a specific piece of work runs: what it costs, how long it takes, what happens in the sessions. A topic page starts from what you are experiencing and works outward — the mechanism behind it, the evidence about what helps, and which of the fourteen services fit. If you already know you want couples work, go to the service page. If you know something is wrong but not what to call it, start with a topic.
The four hubs
Trauma and PTSD recovery covers flashbacks, hypervigilance, dissociation and the difference between processing and reliving. Anxiety, stress and burnout covers worry, panic, avoidance and the load behind them, including how to tell anxiety and burnout apart. Relationships and communication covers conflict cycles, trust repair, distance and separation. Depression and self-worth covers low mood, the inner critic, motivation and the order in which those actually shift.
Overlap is normal
Most people arrive with more than one of these, and they interact: unresolved trauma drives anxiety, chronic stress flattens mood, and depression erodes relationships. You do not need to pick the right label before booking. Naming the problem accurately is the first piece of work in an individual session, and it is often the piece that unlocks the rest.
